Eligible Measure definition

Eligible Measure means collectively, Prescriptive Measures and Custom Measures.
Eligible Measure means an energy efficiency measure that is projected to have estimated electricity
Eligible Measure means any measure listed in the column titled “Eligible Measures” on the “Efficient Measure List” worksheet in the Eligible Measures List.

  • Full Eligible Measure and Incentive Tables, as well as technical and minimum requirements relating to specific prescriptive measures, are appended to this Program Guide.

  • Eligible Measure – Products incentivized in the Program which are pre-screened and determined to provide the required energy efficiency benefit.

  • For clarity, in the event that the NGU does not contribute to the Eligible Measure the IESO will not be responsible for any increased costs.The Participant Incentive payable by the IESO to the LDC will be $50 per Eligible Measure.

  • All New Technology must be approved as an Eligible Measure by CITY, in advance and in writing, prior to installation in order for CONSULTANT to receive compensation for such New Technology as an Eligible Measure.

  • At the time of writing, the Eligible Measure Price List had been updated with new pricing and was scheduled to be in market effective September 1, 2013.

  • Upon mutual agreement on scope and price, with written authorization from the CITY in writing via email, and with CITY’s approval of Residential Rebate Eligible Measure List, CITY will compensate CONSULTANT a fixed price, not exceeding that shown in Table C-1, for CONSULTANT’s development of Residential Rebate Eligible Measure List.

  • CONSULTANT will provide CITY Project Manager with an RR Eligible Measure List of proposed rebate measures, which shall include the following.


More Definitions of Eligible Measure

Eligible Measure means those Measures listed in Section 2.1.
Eligible Measure means a measure that meets the measure eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.3.
Eligible Measure means all or any of the Basic Measures, the Extended Measures and/or the Weatherization Measures listed in the Eligible Measures List.
Eligible Measure means an Eligible Measure listed in the “Eligible Measures List”.
Eligible Measure means those measures listed in Table 1 of Appendix A herein under the heading “Eligible Measure”.

Related to Eligible Measure

  • Performance Measures means measures as described in Article 12 on which the performance goals are based and which are approved by the Company’s shareholders pursuant to this Plan in order to qualify Awards as Performance-Based Compensation.

  • Supportive measures means individualized services that are offered to the complainant or the respondent designed to restore or preserve equal access to the District’s education program or activity without unreasonably burdening the other party. The supportive measures must be non-disciplinary and non-punitive in nature; offered before or after the filing of a formal complaint or where no formal complaint has been filed; and offered to either party as appropriate, as reasonably available, and without fee or charge. Examples of supportive measures include, but are not limited to: measures designed to protect the safety of all parties or the District’s educational environment, or deter sexual harassment; counseling; extensions of deadlines or other course-related adjustments; modifications of work or class schedules; campus escort services; mutual restrictions on contact between the parties; changes in work or class locations; leaves of absence; and increased security and monitoring of certain areas of the campus.

  • Protective Measures appropriate technical and organisational measures which may include: pseudonymising and encrypting Personal Data, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of systems and services, ensuring that availability of and access to Personal Data can be restored in a timely manner after an incident, and regularly assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of the such measures adopted by it;

  • COVID-19 Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place,” “stay at home,” workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure, sequester or any other Law, directive, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Authority (including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization) in each case in connection with, related to or in response to COVID-19, including the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) or any changes thereto.

  • Performance Period means the one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant’s right to, and the payment of, a Performance-Based Award.

  • Performance Criteria means the criteria (and adjustments) that the Committee selects for an Award for purposes of establishing the Performance Goal or Performance Goals for a Performance Period, determined as follows:
