Eligible Midwife: Means a midwife who has a notation on his or her registration as an eligible midwife pursuant to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia’s eligible midwife registration standard developed under section 38(2) Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and who is not an employee, either casual, permanent or part time in the NSW Health Service.
