Eligible Services means only those services detailed in the sub-section titled Eligible Services.
Eligible Vehicle means a motor vehicle that:
Eligible Servicer means a Person which, at the time of its appointment as Servicer, (i) has a net worth of not less than $50,000,000, (ii) is servicing a portfolio of motor vehicle retail installment sale contracts and/or motor vehicle loans, (iii) is legally qualified, and has the capacity, to service the Receivables, (iv) has demonstrated the ability to service a portfolio of motor vehicle retail installment sale contracts and/or motor vehicle loans similar to the Receivables professionally and competently in accordance with standards of skill and care that are consistent with prudent industry standards and (v) is qualified and entitled to use pursuant to a license or other written agreement, and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of, the software which the Servicer uses in connection with performing its duties and responsibilities under the Sale and Servicing Agreement or obtains rights to use, or develops at its own expense, software which is adequate to perform its duties and responsibilities under the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
public service vehicle means any motor vehicle used or adapted to be used for the carriage of passengers for hire or reward, and includes a maxicab, a motorcab, contract carriage, and stage carriage ;
Eligible student means a student who is eighteen years or older.
Eligible State means, with respect to the Titling Trust, any State in which the Titling Trust is, if and to the extent required by Applicable Law, qualified, authorized and licensed to hold title or other evidence of the interest in leased vehicles.
base vehicle means any vehicle which is used at the initial stage of a multi-stage type-approval process;
Eligible veteran means an individual who is certified by the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs as meeting all of the following conditions:
Eligible Trade Receivables means Accounts arising from the sale of the Loan Parties’ Inventory (other than those consisting of Credit Card Receivables) that satisfies the following criteria at the time of creation and continues to meet the same at the time of such determination: such Account (i) has been earned by performance and represents the bona fide amounts due to a Loan Party from an account debtor, and in each case originated in the ordinary course of business of such Loan Party, and (ii) in each case is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its discretion, and is not ineligible for inclusion in the calculation of the Borrowing Base pursuant to any of clauses (a) through (t) below. Without limiting the foregoing, to qualify as an Eligible Trade Receivable, an Account shall indicate no Person other than a Loan Party as payee or remittance party. In determining the amount to be so included, the face amount of an Account shall be reduced by, without duplication, to the extent not reflected in such face amount, (i) the amount of all accrued and actual discounts, claims, credits or credits pending, promotional program allowances, price adjustments, finance charges or other allowances (including any amount that a Loan Party may be obligated to rebate to a customer pursuant to the terms of any agreement or understanding (written or oral)) and (ii) the aggregate amount of all cash received in respect of such Account but not yet applied by the Loan Parties to reduce the amount of such Eligible Trade Receivable. Any Accounts meeting the foregoing criteria shall be deemed Eligible Trade Receivables but only as long as such Account is not included within any of the following categories, in which case such Account shall not constitute an Eligible Trade Receivable:
Eligible Household means a household that is eligible to receive fuel assistance through the Maine State Housing Authority pursuant to section 4722, subsection 1, paragraph W; section 4741, subsection 15; and subchapter XIII and rules adopted pursuant to these laws. "Eligible household" does not include a tenant who resides in subsidized housing and receives a utility allowance or a tenant whose utilities are included in the rent. [PL 2001, c. 257, §1 (NEW).]
Eligible business means a business located within the counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry or Will in the State of Illinois (the “Six County Region”), and as to which: (1) a majority of the business' fleet is located and used within the Six County Region; and (2) a majority of those vehicles located and used within the Six County Region are alternatively powered vehicles.
Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.
Recreational Vehicle (RV means a vehicle, which is:
Eligible Real Property means the real property listed on Schedule 1.01(a) owned by a Loan Party (i) that is located in the United States of America and is acceptable to the Agent in its Permitted Discretion for inclusion in the Borrowing Base, (ii) in respect of which an appraisal report has been delivered to the Agent in form, scope and substance satisfactory to the Agent in its Permitted Discretion, (iii) in respect of which the Agent is satisfied that all actions necessary or desirable in order to create perfected first priority Lien on such real property have been taken, including the presentation or delivery of the Mortgage to a title insurance company for recording, provided that the title insurance company has issued its title insurance policy to the Agent pursuant to clause (v) below in a New York style closing, (iv) in respect of which a Phase I environmental review report has been completed and delivered to the Agent in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent in its Permitted Discretion and which does not indicate any pending, threatened or existing Environmental Liability, or non compliance with any Environmental Law (except to the extent that Reserves for any such Environmental Liability deemed adequate by the Agent in its Permitted Discretion exist), (v) which is adequately protected by fully-paid valid title insurance with endorsements and in amounts acceptable to the Agent, insuring that the Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, has a perfected first priority Lien on such real property, evidence of which shall have been provided in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent in its Permitted Discretion, and (vi) if required by the Agent: (A) an ALTA survey reasonably acceptable to the Agent and the title insurance company has been delivered for which all necessary fees have been paid and which is dated no more than 90 days prior to the date on which the applicable Mortgage is executed and delivered to a title insurance company for recording, certified to Agent and the issuer of the title insurance policy in a manner satisfactory to the Agent in its Permitted Discretion by a land surveyor duly registered and licensed in the state in which such Eligible Real Property is located and acceptable to the Agent in its Permitted Discretion; (B) in respect of which local counsel in states in which the Eligible Real Property is located have delivered a letter of opinion with respect to the enforceability and perfection of the Mortgages and any related fixture filings in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent in its Permitted Discretion; and (C) in respect of which such Loan Party shall have used its reasonable best efforts to obtain estoppel certificates executed by all tenants of such Eligible Real Property and such other consents, agreements and confirmations of lessors and third parties have been delivered as the Agent may deem necessary or desirable in its Permitted Discretion, together with evidence that all other actions that the Agent may deem necessary or desirable in order to create perfected first priority Liens on the property described in the Mortgages have been taken.
Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.
Eligible Property means property beneficially owned by a person or entity other than the Fund and held in a bank account maintained by BNYM for or on behalf of the Fund, or property held in a Fund shareholder account, which is (x) subject to reporting or escheat under an Unclaimed Property Law, (y) of a nature or type or classification reasonably related to the services performed by BNYM under this Agreement (such as cash amounts representing non-negotiated dividend checks and shares in abandoned shareholder accounts), and (z) under the control of BNYM.
related service means the services incidental to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation, insurance, installation, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

Eligible Users means those authorized to use State Cooperative Contracts and includes the State of Utah’s government departments, institutions, agencies, political subdivisions (e.g., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts.
Unmanned aerial vehicle ("UAV") (9) means any aircraft capable of initiating flight and sustaining controlled flight and navigation without any human presence on board.
Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.
Qualified long-term care services means services that meet the requirements of Section 7702(c)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, as follows: necessary diagnostic, preventive, therapeutic, curative, treatment, mitigation and rehabilitative services, and maintenance or personal care services which are required by a chronically ill individual, and are provided pursuant to a plan of care prescribed by a licensed health care practitioner.
Eligible Substitute Mortgage Loan With respect to a Mortgage Loan substituted by the Transferor for a Deleted Mortgage Loan, a Mortgage Loan which must, on the date of such substitution, (i) have a Principal Balance, (or, in the case of a substitution of more than one mortgage loan for a Deleted Mortgage Loan, an aggregate Principal Balance), not in excess of, and not more than 10% less than the Principal Balance of the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (ii) be accruing interest at a rate no lower than and not more than 1% per annum higher than, that of the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (iii) have a Loan-to-Value Ratio no higher than that of the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (iv) have a remaining term to maturity no greater than (and not more than one year less than that of) the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (v) comply with each representation and warranty set forth in Section 2.03 hereof; (vi) be the same credit grade category as the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (vii) have the same prepayment penalty term; and (viii) not be a Cooperative Mortgage Loan unless the Deleted Mortgage Loan was a Cooperative Mortgage Loan.
Eligible Equipment means, at any time of determination, Equipment owned by Borrower which Lender, in its sole discretion, deems to be eligible for borrowing purposes.
Not off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (NOVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that cannot be charged from an external source.
