Eligible Subsidiary Company definition

Eligible Subsidiary Company means each Subsidiary Company the employees of which are entitled to participate in the Plan, as listed or referred to on Schedule 2.03 hereto, subject to the discretion of the Board or the Plan Representative at any time and from time to time to approve changes the designations within Schedule 2.03 from among a group consisting of Subsidiary Companies.
Eligible Subsidiary Company means each Subsidiary Company the employees of which are entitled to participate in the Plan, as listed or referred to on Schedule 2.03 hereto.
