Designated supervisor means the supervisor designated by the Superintendent of Schools or designee as the administrator’s supervisor.
Group-wide supervisor means the commissioner or other regulatory official designated as the group-wide supervisor for an internationally active insurance group under Section 31A-16-108.6.
Immediate Supervisor means the person immediately superior to an employee who directs and supervises the work of that employee.
Portfolio Supervisor means First Trust Advisors L.P. and its successors in interest, or any successor portfolio supervisor appointed as hereinafter provided."
Section 1.01 (26) shall be added to read as follows:
Supervisory employee means an employee, regardless of job description, having authority in the interest of the employer to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline other employees, or the responsibility to assign work to and direct them, or to adjust their grievances, or effectively recommend that action, if, in connection with the foregoing functions, the exercise of that authority is not of a merely routine or clerical nature, but requires the use of independent judgment.
Site Supervisor means a Site employee, agent, or volunteer, who is responsible for monitoring and supervising the Student throughout the ELP.
Supervisor means Advisors Asset Management Inc., and its successors in interest, or any successor evaluator appointed as hereinafter provided."
City Managerial Employee means the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager, the City Clerk, and any City department head or director. In the event CONTRACTOR violates the provisions of this paragraph, CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay damages to OWNER in an amount equal to any and all compensation which is received by the former Elected Officer or City Managerial Employee of OWNER from or on behalf of the contracting person or entity, or an amount equal to the former Elected Officer's or City Managerial Employee's last two (2) years of gross compensation from OWNER, whichever is greater.
Clinical supervisor means any of the following:
Immediate supervision means under the physical and visual supervision of a pharmacist;
Water Supervisor means the Water Supervisor of the appropriate local office of the Safe Drinking Water Branch of the Ministry, where the Works are geographically located;
Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.
Group supervision means the process of clinical supervision of no more than six persons in a group setting provided by a qualified supervisor.
Designated Contract Representative(s) means those individual(s) designated by the Contractor on the Pre-Work form during the Pre-Work Conference.
Managerial employee means an employee of the State of Oregon or a public university
Successor Manager Any Independent Contractor as selected or retained by the Special Servicer, on behalf of the Trustee for the benefit of the Trust and the Companion Loan Holders, to serve as manager of a Foreclosed Property, which designation, as evidenced by written confirmation from each Rating Agency, shall not result in the downgrade, withdrawal or qualification of the ratings assigned to the Certificates by such Rating Agency.
Designated Employer Representative (DER) means a designated school district representative authorized to take immediate action to remove employees from safety-sensitive duties, to make required decisions in the testing and evaluation process, and to receive test results and other communications for the school district.
Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Regularly appointed employee means an individual with an exempt, probationary or regular appointment to a position of City employment.
authorised employee means a municipal employee who is authorised in terms of delegated or sub-delegated authority by the Municipality to exercise a power or perform a duty in terms of this By-law or to inspect land and buildings in order to enforce compliance with this By-law or the zoning scheme;
Defendant/Person Under Supervision means any pretrial releasee, probationer, parolee, mandatory releasee, mandatory parolee, or supervised releasee receiving drug/alcohol testing and/or substance use assessment/treatment, mental health assessment/evaluation/treatment, and or sex offense specific evaluation/treatment/testing while under the supervision of the Federal Probation or Pretrial Services Office. Hereinafter, the term defendant applies to those on pretrial supervision, whereas person under supervision applies to those on post- conviction supervision.
Nomination Criteria means the criteria made up of the Over-Riding Nomination Criteria andthe Specific Nomination Factors, and is also referred to as “this Criteria”.
Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:
Hired Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.6.
Technical Employees means those employees having special and specific engineering, geological or other professional skills, and whose primary function in Joint Operations is the handling of specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the Joint Property.
Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.
