Embedded Components definition

Embedded Components means third party products, applications, services, software, networks, systems, directories, websites, databases and information which are obtained or derived from a third party source outside of Bynder and made available to Customer in the Product.
Embedded Components means any part of the SDK that has been embedded in or otherwise forms part of the Integrated Licensee Products following its integration with the Base Licensee Product.

Examples of Embedded Components in a sentence

  • Licensee may make available its Integrated Licensee Product under such licensing terms as Licensee may deem appropriate, provided that they are compatible with the terms of this Agreement with respect to any Embedded Components.

  • The license agreement under which Licensee intends to make available its Integrated Licensee Product shall extend to the Embedded Components the same protections as such license agreement extends to the remainder of the Integrated Licensee Product.

  • Upon the issuance of a Genetec part number, subject to section 4.e, the license granted under sections 3.a.ii and 3.a.iii with respect to the Embedded Components shall be deemed to be perpetual, and, subject to section 4.f below, will extend to all Minor Releases and Major Releases of the Authorized Licensee Product for as long as the Embedded Components remain unaltered as part of such future Minor Releases and Major Releases to the Authorized Licensee Product.

  • Licensee, together with its licensors, will remain the sole owner of all rights, title and interest in and to any and all Intellectual Property of Licensee (including without limitation the Base Licensee Product), together with all modifications and derivative works to the foregoing, as well as the goodwill associated therewith, excluding however the Embedded Components and any other Intellectual Property of Genetec.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, Know-How, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno- associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.

  • Combination Product means a product that includes a device for delivery or at least one active ingredient other than a Licensed Product.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Certified components means components of X-ray systems which are subject to regulations promulgated under Public Law 90-602, the “Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968,” the Food and Drug Administration.

  • Consumable means any component of a good that is used up recurrently and needs to be replaced for the good to function as intended;

  • Therapeutically equivalent drug products means drug products that contain the same active ingredients and are identical in strength or concentration, dosage form, and route of administration and that are classified as being therapeutically equivalent by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the definition of "therapeutically equivalent drug products" set forth in the most recent edition of the Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, otherwise known as the "Orange Book."
