Emergency Needs definition

Emergency Needs means the costs incurred by an Insured Person for the purchase of necessary clothing and personal hygiene articles as determined by the Company.
Emergency Needs has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.2.
Emergency Needs means a need for medical care not included as a covered service under the medical assistance pro- gram under s. 49.46 or 49.47, Stats., a threat of homelessness as verified by the agency with the recipient’s landlord or other appro- priate source, breakdown in transportation that precludes a recipi- ent or a member of his or her family from attending employment or training or any other crisis posing a danger to the health or safety of the recipient or his or her family such as a need for fur- nace repair.
