Insured Person is amended to include any Employed Lawyer of the Insured Company, but only for any Claim alleging a Wrongful Act in such Employed Lawyer’s capacity as such, subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy.
Solely for the purposes of this Endorsement, Wrongful Act shall mean any act, error or omission of an Employed Lawyer in the rendering or failure to render professional legal services for an Insured Company, but solely in his or her capacity as such.
