Learner definition

Learner means any third party including any student, apprentice (under an Apprenticeship), trainee or similar to whom the Provider is required to deliver any of the Services;

Learner means any learner, as stipulated in the Application Form, who is activated on the Company’s system to receive Products and/or Services;

• The Client/Minor has read and agreed with the Learner Code of Conduct set forth in the Attachment 1 herewith.

More Definitions of Learner

Learner means any person receiving education or obliged to receive education in terms of this Act;
