  • The receipt of any severance payments or benefits pursuant to Section 3 will be subject to the Executive signing and not revoking such Employee Agreement and Release and provided that such Employee Agreement and Release is effective within sixty (60) days following the termination of Executive’s employment.

  • Such Employee Agreement and Release shall specifically relate to all of Executive's rights and claims in existence at the time of such execution and shall confirm Executive's obligations under the Company's standard form of Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement.
