Employee Evaluation definition

Employee Evaluation. All employees performing similar tasks shall be evaluated by the same criteria and process. All employee evaluations shall be discussed with the employee prior to placement in the employee’s file. The employee may add written response to any information contained on the evaluation for placement in their file.

Examples of Employee Evaluation in a sentence

  • The School Board, in determining which professional employees shall be laid off or reduced to part time, will take the following into equal consideration: the job performances of each individual, as established through a review of the written Professional Employee Evaluation; areas of certification; specialized area(s) of training needed for the continuation of District instructional programs; seniority in the District; and level of educational attainment.

  • The administrator will use the appropriate Professional Employee Evaluation Rubric (PEER) based on the professional employee’s position in the district.

  • The evaluation shall be in writing using the Employee Evaluation Process revised March 2002.

  • Employees who qualify will receive 24-hour advance notification, either verbal or written, of when they are scheduled for any remote Individual Employee Evaluation Observations.

  • The parties specifically agree that this Article does not modify or reduce District rights as stated in Article 6 (District Rights), Article 21 (Progressive Discipline) and Article 28 (Employee Evaluation).

Related to Employee Evaluation

  • Medical evaluation means the process of assessing an individual's health status that includes a medical history and a physical examination of an individual conducted by a licensed medical practitioner operating within the scope of his license.

  • Performance evaluation means evaluation of work and program participation as well as other areas of behavior.

  • Site evaluation means a comprehensive analysis of soil and site conditions for an OWTS.

  • Clinical evaluation means a systematic and planned process to continuously generate, collect, analyse and assess the clinical data pertaining to a device in order to verify the safety and performance, including clinical benefits, of the device when used as intended by the manufacturer;

  • Summative evaluation means the comprehensive, end-of-cycle appraisal and shall incorporate the results of the minimum required observations, any additional observations, and required component-level data.
