If any Award is forfeited by the Participant or repurchased by the Company, the Shares underlying such Award may again be granted or awarded hereunder; provided that with respect to an Award granted pursuant to the Employee Share Purchase Program, Shares subject to such forfeited Award only may again be available for the grant of an Award pursuant to the Employee Share Purchase Program.
