New Mexico Employee means any resident of the State of New Mexico employed by Contractor who performs the majority of the employee’s work for Contractor within the State of New Mexico, regardless of the location of Contractor’s office or offices; and
New employee orientation means the onboarding process of a newly hired public employee, whether in person, online, or through other means or mediums, in which employees are advised of their employment status, rights, benefits, duties and responsibilities, or any other employment-related matters.
Company Employee Agreement means each management, employment, severance, retention, transaction bonus, change in control, consulting, relocation, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract between: (a) any of the Company Entities or any Company Affiliate; and (b) any Company Associate, other than any such Contract that is terminable “at will” (or following a notice period imposed by applicable Legal Requirements) without any obligation on the part of any Company Entity or any Company Affiliate to make any severance, termination, change in control or similar payment or to provide any benefit.
Owner-Employee means a Self-Employed Individual who is a partner and owns more than 10% of either the capital or profits interest of the partnership.
Company Employee means an employee of the Company or an employee of a Subsidiary of the Company, if any.
Superior Company Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02(e).
Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;
Residence employee means a person employed by you to perform duties in connection with the maintenance or use of the insured premises. This includes persons who perform household or domestic services or duties of a similar nature for you. This does not include persons while performing duties in connection with your business.

Prospective employee means any individual who has committed to become an employee of the Company within sixty (60) days from the date an Award is granted to such individual.
Seller Employee Plan means any plan, program, policy, practice, Contract or other arrangement providing for compensation, severance, termination pay, deferred compensation, performance awards, stock or stock-related awards, fringe benefits or other employee benefits or remuneration of any kind, whether written, unwritten or otherwise, funded or unfunded, including each "employee benefit plan," within the meaning of Section 3(3) of ERISA (whether or not ERISA is applicable to such plan), that is or has been maintained, contributed to, or required to be contributed to, by the Seller or any Seller Affiliate for the benefit of any Seller Employee, or with respect to which the Seller or any Seller Affiliate has or may have any liability or obligation, except such definition shall not include any Seller Employee Agreement.
Employee Transfer Date means in respect of any particular Transferring Employee the date on which the part of the Services to which they are assigned transfers from the Previous Contractor to the Contractor;
Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.
Company Superior Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(b).
Insurance Consultant or "consultant" means a person who:
Company Employee Plan means any plan, program, policy, practice, contract, agreement or other arrangement providing for compensation, severance, termination pay, deferred compensation, performance awards, stock or stock-related awards, fringe benefits or other employee benefits or remuneration of any kind, whether written or unwritten or otherwise, funded or unfunded, including without limitation, each "employee benefit plan," within the meaning of Section 3(3) of ERISA which is or has been maintained, contributed to, or required to be contributed to, by the Company or any Affiliate for the benefit of any Employee, or with respect to which the Company or any Affiliate has or may have any liability or obligation;
Benefits Specialist means a specialized position that would primarily be responsible for coordinating Client applications and appeals for State and Federal benefits.
CAFRA Planning Map means the map used by the Department to identify the location of Coastal Planning Areas, CAFRA centers, CAFRA cores, and CAFRA nodes. The CAFRA Planning Map is available on the Department's Geographic Information System (GIS).
Executive Engineer “Superintending Engineer” and “Chief Engineer” used in the contract and the documents attached thereto, shall respectively be taken to include the terms “Deputy Director” “Director” and “Director General” or the holder of the corresponding posts in relation to the work.
Service contract holder or "contract holder" means a person who is the purchaser or holder of a service contract.
Company Employee Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
Qualifying Examination means examinations on the basis of which a candidate becomes eligible for admission or its equivalent examination;
employment zone means an area within Great Britain designated for the purposes of section 60 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 and an “employment zone programme” means a programme established for such an area or areas designed to assist claimants for a jobseeker’s allowance to obtain sustainable employment;
Business Employee means any individual employed by Seller in or in connection with the Business.
Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.
