Enabling Contract definition

Enabling Contract means an agreement between the Contractor and the Authority containing the terms and conditions subject to which the Authority may place orders for Articles or Services, or both;
Enabling Contract means the agreement with the Supplier which sets out the terms and conditions under which specific purchases may be made throughout the term of the Contract.

  • After the expiry of this period, no new contracts relating to this Enabling Contract will be issued.

Related to Enabling Contract
