Enacting Ordinance definition

Enacting Ordinance means Ordinance No. adopted by the Board of Supervisors on , 2019, approving this Agreement and authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute this Agreement.
Enacting Ordinance shall have the meaning set forth in Recital I.
Enacting Ordinance has the meaning set forth in Recital J.
