Examples of Enbridge Partners in a sentence

  • All arbitrators must (a) be neutral Persons who have never been officers, directors or employees of Enbridge Partners, EECI or any of their Affiliates and (b) have not less than seven years experience in the energy industry.

  • The date that the EA ROFR Notice is received by the Managing General Partner of the Partnership generally shall constitute the “EA ROFR Notice Date.” Within five Business Days following the EA ROFR Notice Date, the Managing General Partner of the Partnership generally shall send a copy of the EA ROFR Notice along with a letter indicating the EA ROFR Notice Date to EECI and Enbridge Partners (each, a “ROFR Holder” and collectively, the “ROFR Holders”).

  • If EECI elects to fund such portion, it shall provide written notice to Enbridge Partners promptly following receipt of Enbridge Partners’ notice of election to fund a portion of the Alberta Clipper Expansion Capital Requirement.

  • If EECI and/or Enbridge Partners do not elect to fund 100% of the Alberta Clipper Expansion Capital Requirement, then the Alberta Clipper Expansion Project will not be undertaken by the Partnership or any Series.

  • Service Partners means any successful vendor who is awarded the proposal or who entered into an agreement with CIPC and/or its clients to offer consulting services in areas such as but not limited to, strategic e-business consulting, evaluation, implementation and continuous improvement or system integration.

  • General partnership means an organization formed under chapters 45-13 through 45-21.

  • Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request.   • Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.

  • Operating Partnership has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.

  • Holding Entities means the subsidiaries of Brookfield Renewable Energy L.P., from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of the Partnership’s interests in the Operating Entities.

  • Oaktree means Oaktree Capital Management, LLC and its Affiliates, including any partnerships, separate accounts or other entities managed by Oaktree.

  • CEI / “CEIG” shall mean Chief Electrical Inspector to the State Government.

  • Investor Limited Partner means any Limited Partner so designated at the time of its admission as a partner of the Partnership.

  • MLP Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the MLP, as amended or restated from time to time.

  • Departing Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or 11.2.
