Encroachment Area Charge is defined in Section 2.2.

Examples of Encroachment Area Charge in a sentence

  • If Tenant uses or occupies such Encroachment Area for a fractional month, then the Encroachment Area Charge for such period shall be prorated based on a thirty (30) day month.

  • If Licensee uses or occupies such Encroachment Area for a fractional month, then the Encroachment Area Charge for such period shall be prorated based on a thirty (30) day month.

Related to Encroachment Area Charge

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Area B means the area marked “Area B” outlined in orange on the Plan;

  • Common Area Operating Expenses are defined, for purposes of this Lease, as all costs incurred by Lessor relating to the ownership and operation of the Industrial Center, including, but not limited to, the following: (i) The operation, repair and maintenance, in neat, clean, good order and condition, of the following:

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of “Operating Expenses,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).
