Endorsed Products means all Products of Company which have the ▇▇▇▇▇ Identification (defined below) highlighted as a part thereof (in the Products' name or otherwise) or which are shipped in containers or packages bearing the ▇▇▇▇▇ Identification.

Endorsed Products means (i) golf clubs, including, but not limited to ▇▇▇▇▇, Irons and Specialty Clubs, including Drivers, Wedges, Chippers and Putters; and

Endorsed Products means Company’s golf shirts (long and short sleeve), golf sweaters, golf outerwear and accessories that are manufactured and marketed under the Company’s “Energy Athletic” trademark.

• Company agrees to reimburse Pey Dirt's authorized agent for all such expenses incurred by it in connection with the transfer of Endorsed Products to Pey Dirt and/or Pey Dirt's agent.

More Definitions of Endorsed Products

Endorsed Products means all products and/or services described as such in paragraph 2 of Addendum 1 to this Agreement.

Endorsed Products means the following products promoted by ▇▇▇▇▇ Golf or its affiliates using the Professional's Endorsement: all golf clubs, head covers, golf bags, travel covers, golf towels, and umbrellas designed, manufactured, promoted or sold by or for ▇▇▇▇▇ Golf or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof.

Endorsed Products as used herein shall be therapeutic magnetic products and devices developed, manufactured, distributed or sold by Licensee.

Endorsed Products means the Endurox line of Company's Products which are advertised or promoted in connection with Montana Identification.

Endorsed Products means the on-line sports information computer service ("SportsLine") and other related products to be developed or marketed by Licensee in connection with the operation of SportsLine.
