Endorsed Products definition

Endorsed Products means all Products of Company which have the Xxxxxxx Identification (defined below) highlighted as a part thereof (in the Products' name or otherwise) or which are shipped in containers or packages bearing the Xxxxxxx Identification.

Endorsed Products means Company’s golf shirts (long and short sleeve), golf sweaters, golf outerwear and accessories that are manufactured and marketed under the Company’s “Energy Athletic” trademark.

Endorsed Products means (i) golf clubs, including, but not limited to Xxxxx, Irons and Specialty Clubs, including Drivers, Wedges, Chippers and Putters; and

• During the Contract Period, Company shall supply Pey Dirt and/or its agent with such amounts of Endorsed Products as Pey Dirt and/or its agent may reasonably request.

• Company agrees to pay all charges in connection with the delivery of Endorsed Products to Pey Dirt and/or Pey Dirt's agent, including shipping charges, air freight charges and customs charges.

• Turn 2, or its representatives, shall, upon two weeks' written notice, have the right at all reasonable times (prior to the expiration of two (2) years after the termination of the Contract Period) to inspect and make copies of the books and records of Company insofar as they shall relate to the computation of royalties to be paid to Turn 2 hereunder and the shipment of Endorsed Products pursuant to this Agreement.

• Turn 2 also grants to Company, subject to all of the terms and conditions herein, the non-exclusive right to use the Xxxxx Identification in connection with certain merchandise that may be featured on the back panel of the Endorsed Products packaging, said merchandise to be subject to Turn 2's sole and exclusive discretion and approval.

• The License shall include and encompass without limitation each and every Intellectual Property Right arising or existing in connection with, with respect to, or embodied in, the Player Name in connection with the use of such Player Name in the Exploitation of Endorsed Products.

More Definitions of Endorsed Products

Endorsed Products means the Endurox line of Company's Products which are advertised or promoted in connection with Montana Identification.

Endorsed Products means (i) golf clubs, including, but not limited to Woodx, Xxons and Specialty Clubs, including Drivers, Wedges, Chippers and Putters; and (ii) Golf Accessories. 3 "EXHIBIT" shall mean to produce, transmit, broadcast, telecast, cable cast, display, exhibit, project, perform, reproduce, publicize, or otherwise use.

Endorsed Products means all products and/or services described as such in paragraph 2 of Addendum 1 to this Agreement.

Endorsed Products means HEYDUDE footwear as further defined in the attached Exhibit A.

Endorsed Products means the following products promoted by Xxxxx Golf or its affiliates using the Professional's Endorsement: all golf clubs, head covers, golf bags, travel covers, golf towels, and umbrellas designed, manufactured, promoted or sold by or for Xxxxx Golf or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof.

Endorsed Products shall only mean and include Company’s irons, woods, wedges and putters.

Endorsed Products means Products manufactured and/or distributed by Soupman and under the Soupman name.
