Endowment Agreement definition

Endowment Agreement means the document attached as Exhibit D-2 [which may serve as a mitigation agreement pursuant to California Government Code § 65965(f)(1)], which establishes the terms and conditions pursuant to which the Endowment Holder will accept custody of and manage the Endowment Fund.
