Energy Deviation(s) definition

Energy Deviation(s) means the absolute value of the difference, in MWh, in any Settlement Interval between (a) the final accepted Bid (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) submitted for the Project for the hour of the Settlement Interval divided by the number of Settlement Intervals in the hour; and (b) Delivered Energy for the Settlement Interval.
Energy Deviation(s) means the absolute value of the difference, in MWh, in any Settlement Interval between (a) the final accepted Bid submitted for the Project; and (b) Delivered Energy.
Energy Deviation(s) means the absolute value of the difference, in kWh, in any Settlement Interval between: (a) Forecast-Derived Energy; and (b) Metered Amounts plus Lost Output.

Examples of Energy Deviation(s) in a sentence

  • In no event shall Seller have the right (1) to procure any element of the Product from sources other than the Project for sale or delivery to Buyer under this Agreement except with respect to Energy delivered to Buyer in connection with Energy Deviations or Variations, as applicable, or (2) sell Product from the Project to a third party other than in connection with Energy Deviations or Variations, as applicable.

  • Ramping Energy Deviations, Residual Imbalance Energy, and Standard Ramping Energy do not apply to Proxy Demand Resources and Reliability Demand Response Resources with Hourly Block or FMM Schedules.

  • Ramping Energy Deviations, Residual Imbalance Energy, and Standard Ramping Energy do not apply to Proxy Demand Resources with Hourly Block or FMM Schedules.

  • In no event shall Seller have the right (i) to procure any element of the Product from sources other than the Project for sale or delivery to Buyer under this Agreement except with respect to Energy delivered to Buyer in connection with Energy Deviations or (ii) sell Product from the Project to a third Party other than in connection with Energy Deviations.

Energy Deviation(s) has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03(b) of Attachment 1.
