Energy Model definition

Energy Model means the model to determine the theoretical delivered energy output (i.e., the energy yield) of the Project’s PV Plant over a continuous thirty (30)-year period, as more particularly described in Section 4 (Energy Model) of the Scope Book.13 The PVsyst report, along with the spreadsheet showing post-process losses and the annual and 30-year energy yields, for the Energy Model as of the Effective Date (i.e., the Effective Date Energy Model) is attached as Exhibit X.
Energy Model has the meaning set out in Attachment 1 to Appendix 2C [Energy];
Energy Model has the meaning set out in Appendix 8C [Energy];

More Definitions of Energy Model

Energy Model means the PVsyst model for the PV Plant developed and finalized11 in accordance with the Scope Book.
Energy Model means an hourly energy simulation produced using whole building energy modelling software;
