PV Plant definition

PV Plant means the solar photovoltaic electric generation facility, with a PV Plant Capacity equal to at least the Minimum PV Plant Capacity, to be located and constructed in accordance with this Agreement on the Project Site, and all related assets and properties, including [●], ancillary equipment, the Electric Interconnection Facilities, Protective Apparatus, the applicable portions of the Project Site, the Transferred Closing Tangible Personal Property and the Transferred Post-Closing Tangible Personal Property, and, subject to the other terms hereof, any additions thereto or replacements to any of the foregoing, it being understood and agreed that, as used herein, “PV Plant” includes any common facilities between such solar photovoltaic electric generation facility (and related assets and properties) and the ▇▇▇▇. A general description of the PV Plant is provided in Schedule 1.1D.
PV Plant means each of the integrated assembly of photovoltaic panels, mounting assemblies, racking/trackers, inverters, converters, metering, transformers, disconnects, combiners, switches, wiring devices and wiring to be constructed by Seller on the Site and listed on Exhibit D-1 hereto in accordance with, and as described in, the BOT Agreement.
PV Plant means the solar photovoltaic electric generation facility, with a capacity equal to at least the Minimum Guaranteed Capacity, to be located and constructed in accordance with this PPA on the Facility Site, and all related assets and properties, including ancillary equipment and the Interconnection Facilities, and, subject to the other terms hereof, any additions thereto or replacements to any of the foregoing, it being understood and agreed that, as used herein, “PV Plant” includes any common facilities between the solar photovoltaic electric generation facility (and related assets and properties) and the ▇▇▇▇. A general description of the PV Plant is provided in Exhibit C.

Examples of PV Plant in a sentence

  • Seller shall ensure that the conceptual design and detailed design conforms to the Scope Book, as well as the other requirements of this Agreement, and will enable the Project to meet the Guaranteed LD Performance Test Requirements, Guaranteed PV Plant Availability, and Guaranteed ▇▇▇▇ Availability and Seller to achieve Final Completion.

  • High Any issue that appears to be reducing PV Plant production by 25% or more; or any issue that appears to be reducing ▇▇▇▇ capacity or charge/discharge rates by more than 25%.

  • O&M Contractor’s operation and maintenance personnel as a group, including any Persons engaged by O&M Contractor pursuant to Section 2.3, shall be qualified in operating and maintaining solar generating facilities similar to the PV Plant and battery energy storage facilities similar to the ▇▇▇▇, and any Persons engaged by O&M Contractor pursuant to Section 2.3 shall be qualified and experienced in the duties to which they are assigned.

  • If the Measured Availability for the PV Plant is equal to or greater than ninety-eight percent (98%) (the “Guaranteed Performance”) for any annual reporting period (or, if shorter, the initial reporting period), then the Guaranteed Performance for the PV Plant shall be deemed satisfied for such period and O&M Contractor shall have no liability to Owner in relation to the Guaranteed Performance for the PV Plant.

  • The power output for the PV Plant Capacity Test shall be measured at the Electrical Interconnection Point Meter.

  • All calibration certificates shall be submitted to Purchaser for review within six (6) months of the commencement of the PV Plant Capacity Tests.

  • Any adjustments made to the PV Plant or test measurement devices during any PV Plant Capacity Test shall be fully documented and shall be allowed only with Purchaser approval.

  • The Seller shall submit the above documentation to Purchaser for Purchaser review at least thirty (30) Business Days prior to commencing the PV Plant Capacity Tests.

  • Produced water means water recovered from an underground reservoir as a result of crude oil, condensate, or natural gas production and which may be recycled, disposed, or re-injected into an underground reservoir.
