Services to BuildingThe Landlord shall provide for the Tenant and others the following services (a) elevators; (b) washroom facilities on each floor of the Building on which the Premises are located; (c) heat, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and janitorial service in the appropriate interior portions of the Common Areas; (d) snow removal and landscape maintenance for the appropriate exterior portions of the Common Areas; (e) exterior window washing; (f) garbage removal; and (g) janitorial services for the appropriate interior portions of the Common Areas.
Services to BuildingLandlord shall provide in the Building: (i) Water (hot, cold and refrigerated) at those points of supply provided for general use of tenants in the Building; (ii) Elevator service in common with other tenants, if needed and already existing, for ingress to and from the Premises; and (iii) Heat, ventilation, cooling, lighting, electric, power and domestic running water, in those areas of the Building as may, from time to time, be designated by Landlord for use during normal business hours by Tenant in common with all tenants and other persons in the Building but under exclusive control of Landlord.

Services to BuildingLandlord shall provide domestic water and wastewater disposal to the Building in such quantities as Landlord may reasonably deem necessary from time to time to operate the Building. Landlord shall maintain as necessary, repair and replace the foundations, interior and exterior structural members, exterior walls, exterior glass, roof, and the systems, facilities and equipment directly necessary for the provision by Landlord of the services described in this Section (unless same are installed by or are the property of Tenant).

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • Building Systems The term “Building Systems” shall mean collectively the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, sprinkler, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, security, life safety, elevator and other service systems or facilities of the Building and the finished ceiling and Building standard lighting fixtures in the Leased Premises, that are excluding any Premises Fixtures.

  • Office Space and Facilities The Adviser will arrange to furnish the Trust office space in the offices of the Adviser, or in such other place or places as may be agreed upon from time to time, and all necessary office facilities, simple business equipment, supplies, utilities and telephone service required for managing the investments of the Trust.

  • Building With respect to each parcel of Real Estate, all of the buildings, structures and improvements now or hereafter located thereon. Business Day. Any day on which banking institutions located in the same city and State as the Agent’s Head Office are located are open for the transaction of banking business and, in the case of LIBOR Rate Loans, which also is a LIBOR Business Day.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
