Enforcement Officers definition

Enforcement Officers means those individuals or departments who are herein authorized by the Tribal Council of the Tribes to enforce this Article VII and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
Enforcement Officers means Municipal By-law Enforcement Officers appointed by City Council from time to time to enforce this By-law;
Enforcement Officers means all officials, officers or employees entrusted with the enforcement of the provisions of this code.

Enforcement Officers means those members of the Supplier’s Personnel employed or engaged by the Supplier to carry out those parts of the Services attributed to them in Schedule 1, which shall include (without limitation) patrolling, issuing FPNs, liaising with members of the public and carrying out such activities as to enable a successful prosecution of the relevant offence, in each case in the manner set out in Schedule 1.

It also means a State agency designated to administer an OSHA-approved State Plan, but only to the extent that the State agency is acting in its capacity as administrator of such plan. It does not include other Federal agencies which, in their capacity as contracting agencies, conduct investigations of potential labor law violations. The enforcement agencies associated with each labor law under E.O. 13673 are–

  • Development Officer means the Development Officer appointed by the Council of the Municipality.

  • Assistant means a person who, under the terms of appointment of an arbitrator, conducts research or provides assistance to that arbitrator;

  • Data Protection Officer takes the meaning given in the UK GDPR;

  • Management Official means General Manager, Manager, President, or Chief Executive Officer.
