Engagement Pack definition

Engagement Pack means the documents between you and us in respect of Specific Services, being the Specific Services Appendices for the particular Specific Services, any Engagement Letters that accompany those Specific Services Appendices covering the detail of the Specific Services we are to provide, these General Terms and Conditions of Business, our Privacy Notice and any other document that is referred to in those Engagement Letters. What constitutes the Engagement Pack may expand as we agree further Service Appendices from time to time, so as to incorporate the terms of those further Service Appendices and their respective covering Engagement Letters.

Examples of Engagement Pack in a sentence

  • Any action (including any proceeding in a court of law) in connection with this Engagement Pack or the Specific Services must be brought within 3 years from the earlier of the date on which you became aware, or ought to have become aware, of the facts giving rise to the action and, in any event, within 6 years of the date of the act or omission that is alleged to have given rise to the action.

  • Our Engagement Pack is governed by, and should be construed in accordance with, English law.

  • Each party agrees that the courts of England will have exclusive legal jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning this Engagement Pack and any matter arising from it on any basis.

  • The advice and information we provide to you as part of our service is for your sole use, and not for any third party to whom you may communicate it to, unless we have expressly agreed in the Engagement Pack that a specified third party may rely on our work.

  • We accept no responsibility to third parties, including any group company to whom the Engagement Pack is not addressed, for any advice, information or material produced as part of our work for you which you make available to them.

  • No rights or benefits are conferred on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, save as otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in the Engagement Pack.

  • In addition to the applicable Engagement Pack terms applying, to the extent that you use our website for providing information to us or accessing Specific Services from us, you agree that the Website Terms and Conditions on our Website also apply.

  • The Chair of the Corporation would sign theSpecific Service Agreement indicating the Board’s acceptance of Mazars LLP Engagement Pack and Terms & Conditions of Business for the audit of the College’s annual financial statements for the year ended 31 July 2018 and a limited assurance engagement on regularity.

  • In particular you must:  have the number of Specified Personnel stated in the Details Schedule  be open and have Equipment working during Contract Hours  be contactable during Contract Hours  unless we agree otherwise, make sure Specified Personnel and Host Contacts send us completed Declarations of Confidentiality and Pre- Engagement Pack forms as required in the Details Schedule.

  • Specifically, it defines compliance as a derivative of ethical behaviour; identifies the various donor reporting requirements; establishes ethical behavioural measures, together with competent staffing and examines how these factors drive compliance with donor reporting requirements.

  • Engagement means the engagement (including the Agency Worker’s acceptance of the Hirer’s offer), employment or use of the Agency Worker by the Hirer or any third party to whom the Agency Worker has been introduced by the Hirer, on a permanent or temporary basis, whether under a contract of service or for services, and/or through a company of which the Agency Worker is an officer, employee or other representative, an agency, license, franchise or partnership arrangement, or any other engagement; and “Engage”, “Engages” and “Engaged” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Non-Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has not been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Professional Client means a “Professional Client” for the purposes of CySEC Rules, as specified in the Client Categorization Policy found on the Company’s Website.

  • MSO means a cable operator who has been granted registration under rule 11 of the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994 and who receives a programming service from a broadcaster and re-transmits the same or transmits his own programming service for simultaneous reception either by multiple subscribers directly or through one or more local cable operators;

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • CSO / "CSOs" means Contract Standing Order/ Contract Standing Orders

  • Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Consultancy Services means the Consultancy Services described in Schedule A;

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;
