Engagement Pack definition

Engagement Pack means the documents between you and us in respect of Specific Services, being the Specific Services Appendices for the particular Specific Services, any Engagement Letters that accompany those Specific Services Appendices covering the detail of the Specific Services we are to provide, these General Terms and Conditions of Business, our Privacy Notice and any other document that is referred to in those Engagement Letters. What constitutes the Engagement Pack may expand as we agree further Service Appendices from time to time, so as to incorporate the terms of those further Service Appendices and their respective covering Engagement Letters.

  • We accept no responsibility to third parties, including any group company to whom the Engagement Pack is not addressed, for any advice, information or material produced as part of our work for you which you make available to them.

  • The advice and information we provide to you as part of our service is for your sole use, and not for any third party to whom you may communicate it to, unless we have expressly agreed in the Engagement Pack that a specified third party may rely on our work.

  • Any action (including any proceeding in a court of law) in connection with this Engagement Pack or the Specific Services must be brought within 3 years from the earlier of the date on which you became aware, or ought to have become aware, of the facts giving rise to the action and, in any event, within 6 years of the date of the act or omission that is alleged to have given rise to the action.

  • No rights or benefits are conferred on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, save as otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in the Engagement Pack.

  • The Engagement Pack contained two interactive session plans designed to encourage discussion with people living with dementia, and unpaid carers.

  • Shop Shabbat, Shop Local, and Voter Engagement Pack are all designed for adults and/or to enjoy as a family.

  • Engagement means the engagement (including the Agency Worker’s acceptance of the Hirer’s offer), employment or use of the Agency Worker by the Hirer or any third party to whom the Agency Worker has been introduced by the Hirer, on a permanent or temporary basis, whether under a contract of service or for services, and/or through a company of which the Agency Worker is an officer, employee or other representative, an agency, license, franchise or partnership arrangement, or any other engagement; and “Engage”, “Engages” and “Engaged” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed, or agrees to render services, as a player on a professional sports team, with a professional sports organization, or as a professional athlete.

  • Ambulance service provider means Latrobe Health Services recognises the following providers for the purposes of paying benefits:

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • CSO means a combined sewer overflow which is a discharge to the environment at designated location(s) from a Combined Sewer or Partially Separated Sewer that usually occurs as a result of precipitation when the capacity of the Sewer is exceeded. An intervening time of twelve hours or greater separating a CSO from the last prior CSO at the same location is considered to separate one overflow Event from another.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • CRO means a contract research organization.

  • Professional service means a type of personal service to the public that requires as a condition precedent to the rendering of the service the obtaining of a license or other legal authorization. Professional service includes, but is not limited to, services rendered by a certified or other public accountant, chiropractor, dentist, optometrist, veterinarian, osteopathic physician, physician, surgeon, podiatrist, chiropodist, physician's assistant, architect, professional engineer, land surveyor, or attorney-at-law.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
