Examples of Engagement SOW in a sentence

  • Intellectual Property Rights with respect to non-Report Deliverables will be governed by the individual license agreement or Engagement SOW that pertain to that particular Deliverable.

  • The State may order Services and Deliverables pursuant to an Engagement SOW.

  • Work performed beyond the hours specified in the Consulting Fees must be authorized by signing an additional Hourly Assist Engagement SOW.

  • Under this Hourly Assist Engagement SOW, ImageSoft will provide technical resources to work solely under the direction of the Customer.

Related to Engagement SOW

  • Engagement means the engagement (including the Agency Worker’s acceptance of the Hirer’s offer), employment or use of the Agency Worker by the Hirer or any third party to whom the Agency Worker has been introduced by the Hirer, on a permanent or temporary basis, whether under a contract of service or for services, and/or through a company of which the Agency Worker is an officer, employee or other representative, an agency, license, franchise or partnership arrangement, or any other engagement; and “Engage”, “Engages” and “Engaged” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement, and as may be amended.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.
