Engine RPM definition

Engine RPM means: (a) For vehicles powered by internal combustion engines, the number of revolutions per minute of the main crankshaft of the vehicle's engine, and (b) For vehicles not entirely powered by internal combustion engines, the number of revolutions per minute of the motor shaft at the point at which it enters the vehicle transmission gearbox, and (c) For vehicles not powered by internal combustion engines at all, the number of revolutions per minute of the output shaft of the device(s) supplying motive power.

  • Engine under the Lease. The term "Engines" means, as of any date of determination, both Engines then leased to the Lessee pursuant to the Lease.
