Engineering Contracts definition

Engineering Contracts means, collectively, for each Project, the contract or agreement approved by the Lead Arrangers in respect of the Initial Projects or the Technical Committee in respect of the Lost Pines Project or in accordance with Section 3.3 of the Credit Agreement, as the case may be, entered into by, or on behalf of, the Project Owner with respect to such Project for the supply of engineering or design services for such Project.
Engineering Contracts means, collectively, the agreements entered into by or on behalf of Craft and the Engineers, as such agreements may be amended, restated or supplemented as permitted hereunder.
Engineering Contracts means, collectively, the “Contracts” as defined in the Assignment of Engineering Contracts.
