English Obligors means Cardiome UK Limited (company number 06304464) and Correvio (UK) Ltd. (company number 06481819) both having their registered addresses at Lxxxxxxx Xxxxx, 0 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx UB11 1BD.
English Obligors means any Borrower or any Guarantor organized and existing under the laws of England and Wales.
