Enhancement Award definition

Enhancement Award means the payment to Plaintiff for her time and effort in connection with this action in an amount approved by the Court.
Enhancement Award is the monetary amount approved by the Court (if any), to be paid to Plaintiffs from the Settlement Fund for serving as named plaintiffs in the Action.
