Enhancement Factor definition

Enhancement Factor means the factor listed on Appendix A by which the Vested Account balances for the Participants listed on Appendix A shall be multiplied.

Examples of Enhancement Factor in a sentence

  • Example With Tax Savings without Enhancement Factor: Scheduled Withdrawal Account Value at age 60 = $100,000.00.

  • A Participant shall be 100% vested in the Enhanced Benefit, Section 1.14 and the Enhancement Factor, Section 1.15 when the Participant attains the age of 60.

  • Except as provided in the immediately preceding proviso, the Credit Enhancement Factor for each Asset Pool Portion shall remain fixed on and after the Transfer Date for each Asset Pool Portion.

  • Any higher Enhancement Factor will apply uniformly to all members of the same class.

  • Achievement above the Maximum performance goal will be capped at 200%.The Improvement in Modified Expense Ratio Metric applies to the Withhold potion of the performance bonus and is used only to calculate an "Enhancement Factor" that can increase the Withhold portion of the performance bonus.

  • Payment of any earned Initial Bonus shall be made no later than March 15 of the calendar year following the applicable performance year, subject to continued employment at the time of payment, and payment of any earned Withhold and Enhancement Factor shall be made in the second calendar year following the applicable performance year (and no later than March 15 of such second calendar year).

  • For any Asset Pool Portion at any Determination Date, the sum of (i) the Credit Enhancement Factor for such Asset Pool Portion minus (ii) 4.00% (or, after the Overcollateralization Reduction Trigger Date, 3.00%).

  • For any Asset Pool Portion at any Determination Date, the sum of (i) the Credit Enhancement Factor for such Asset Pool Portion minus (ii) 3.00%.

Related to Enhancement Factor

  • Adjustment Factor means, with respect to a share of the Fund (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined), 1.0, subject to adjustment in the event of certain events affecting the shares of the Fund. See “—Anti-dilution Adjustments Relating to the Fund; Alternate Calculation —Anti-dilution Adjustments” below.

  • Discount Factor means the percentage discount applied to additional APCs when more than one APC is provided during the same visit (including the same APC provided more than once). Not all APCs are subject to a discount factor.

  • Interest Factor means monthly compounding, discounting or annuitizing, as applicable, at a rate set forth in Exhibit A.

  • NET INVESTMENT FACTOR The net investment factor for each subaccount is determined by dividing (1) by (2) and subtracting (3) from the result, where:

  • Fitch Discount Factor means the discount factors set forth in the Fitch Guidelines for use in calculating the Agency Discounted Value of the Company’s assets in connection with Fitch’s ratings then assigned on the Senior Securities.

  • Moody’s Discount Factor means the discount factors set forth in the Moody's Guidelines for use in calculating the Discounted Value of the Fund's assets in connection with Moody's long-term preferred share ratings of the VRDP Shares at the request of the Fund.

  • Class Factor As to any date of determination and any Class of Certificates (other than the Interest Only Classes and the Residual Certificates), a fraction the numerator of which is (i) the aggregate of the denominations of all Certificates of such Class plus, in the case of each Accrual Class, all interest that has accrued on the Certificates of such Class prior to such date of determination and been added to the Class Balance thereof, less (ii) the aggregate amount of all Principal Distribution Amounts, if any, allocable thereto prior to such date of determination and the denominator of which is the original Class Balance of such Class. As to any date of determination and any Interest Only Class, a fraction, the numerator of which is the percentage of the balance specified for such purpose under “Reference Sheet–Notional Classes” in the Prospectus Supplement (or, if applicable, the sum of the applicable percentages of the balances so specified) and the denominator of which is the original Class Balance thereof. Code: The Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, including any successor or amendatory provisions.

  • S&P Discount Factor means for purposes of determining the Discounted Value of any S&P Eligible Asset, the percentage determined by reference to the rating on such asset and the shortest Exposure Period set forth opposite such rating that is the same length as or is longer than the S&P Exposure Period, in accordance with the table set forth below:

  • Load Factor means the percentage of aircraft seats actually occupied on a flight (RPMs divided by ASMs). “NMB” means the National Mediation Board.

  • S&P Volatility Factor means 277% or such other potential dividend rate increase factor as S&P advises the Corporation in writing is applicable.

  • Rating Agency Discount Factor means the Fitch Discount Factor (if Fitch is then rating Preferred Shares) or an Other Rating Agency Discount Factor, whichever is applicable.

  • Stress Factor means 2.25.

  • Capacity factor means the ratio of the average load on a machine or equipment for the period of time considered to the capacity rating of the machine or equipment.

  • Accumulation Period Factor means, for any Collection Period, a fraction with:

  • Required Accumulation Factor Number shall be equal to a fraction, rounded upwards to the nearest whole number, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is equal to the lowest monthly principal payment rate on the Accounts, expressed as a decimal, for the three months preceding the date of such calculation.

  • Quality factor (Q) means the modifying factor, listed in Tables I and II of 38.4(4), that is used to derive dose equivalent from absorbed dose.

  • Controlled Accumulation Period Factor means, for each Monthly Period, a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the sum of the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series, and the denominator of which is equal to the sum (without duplication) of (a) the Series Invested Amount as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period, (b) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series (other than Series 2022-2) that are not expected to be in their revolving periods, and (c) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all other outstanding Series that are not Principal Sharing Series and are in their revolving periods.

  • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • Power Factor means the ratio of usage power measured in kW to total power measured in kVA;

  • Loss Factor means the scaling factor determined in accordance with clause 7 and applied by the reconciliation manager to volumes of electricity measured or estimated in respect of ICPs on the Network, in order to reflect the impact of the ICP on Losses within the Network;

  • Limited Indexation Factor means, in respect of a Limited Indexation Month or Limited Indexation Date, as the case may be, the ratio of the Index Figure applicable to that month or date, as the case may be, divided by the Index Figure applicable to the month or date, as the case may be, twelve months prior thereto, provided that (a) if such ratio is greater than the Maximum Indexation Factor specified in the relevant Final Terms, it shall be deemed to be equal to such Maximum Indexation Factor and (b) if such ratio is less than the Minimum Indexation Factor specified in the relevant Final Terms, it shall be deemed to be equal to such Minimum Indexation Factor;

  • Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;
