Enrolled actuary means an actuary who is enrolled
Enrolled actuary means an actuary who is enrolled under Subtitle C of Title III of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and who is a member of the Society of Actuaries or the American Academy of Actuaries.
Enrolled actuary means the person enrolled by the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries established under subtitle C of title III of ERISA who has been engaged by the Administrator on behalf of all Participants to make and render all necessary actuarial determinations, statements, opinions, assumptions, reports and valuations under the Plan as required by law or requested by the Administrator.
