Enterprise Class definition

Enterprise Class means any CenturyLink customer (a) billed more than $500 in MRCs for Service, Software, or Equipment, or
Enterprise Class means a set of attributes heretofore associated with mainframe, business critical computing, including scalability, availability, system and network management, security, very large database support, transaction processing support, redundancy, interoperability, and business critical support services.
Enterprise Class means any Brightspeed customer (a) billed more than $500 in MRCs for Service, Software, or Equipment, or (b) with 10 or more employees using the Service, Software, or Equipment.

  • Class A Interests means the Units purchased by the Class A Members. The Class A Interests shall comprise sixty-five percent (65%) of the total Interests sold. Class A Percentage Interest shall be determined by calculating the ratio between each Class A Member’s Capital Account in relation to the total capitalization of the Company provided by the Class A Members.

  • Special Class Tradesperson means a tradesperson who is engaged on work which requires the use of complex, high quality trade skills and experience which are not generally exercised in normal construction work. For the purpose of this definition, complex and high-quality trade skills and experience will be deemed to be acquired by the tradesperson:

  • Class B-1 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.3300% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-1 Margin, (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class C Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Original Class B-4 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-4 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.19.

As to the first Distribution Date, the Original Class B-4 Fractional Interest.
