Special Class Tradesperson definition

Special Class Tradesperson means a tradesperson who is engaged on work which requires the use of complex, high quality trade skills and experience which are not generally exercised in normal construction work. For the purpose of this definition, complex and high-quality trade skills and experience will be deemed to be acquired by the tradesperson:

All parties to this Agreement shall be notified as soon as practicable after the election of a Union Delegate. Union means the CFMEU, the CEPU and/or the AMWU, as applicable; WAGEGUARD means income protection insurance issued by Hannover Life Re of Australasia Ltd ABN 37 062 395 484Construction Income Protection Queensland Ltd (ACN 110 841 962); WHS Act means the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld); WHS EPH means Workplace Health and Safety Entry Permit Holders under the WHS Act; Workplace Impairment Policy and Procedures means the Workplace Impairment Policy and Procedures found in APPENDIX FOUR.

Special Class Tradesperson means a tradesperson carpenter and/or joiner, bricklayer, plasterer, or stonemason who is engaged on work of restoration, renovation, preservation, or reconstruction of historical or "national trust" type buildings the performance of which required the use of complex, high quality trade skills and experience which are not generally exercised in normal construction work. For the purpose of this definition complex and high quality trade skills and experience shall be deemed to be acquired by the tradesperson:
Special Class Tradesperson means a tradesperson xxxxxxxxx and/or xxxxxx, Bricklayer Plasterer or Stonemason who is engaged on work or restoration, renovation, preservation or reconstruction of historical or “National Trust” type buildings, the performance of which requires the use of complex, high quality trade skills and experience which are not generally exercised in normal Construction Work.   • Lead Securitization Controlling Class Representative means the “Controlling Class Representative” as defined in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative means the “Controlling Class Representative” as defined in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative means the holders of the majority of the class of securities issued in a Non-Lead Securitization designated as the “controlling class” pursuant to the related Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or their duly appointed representative; provided that if 50% or more of the class of securities issued in any Non-Lead Securitization designated as the “controlling class” or such other class(es) otherwise assigned the rights to exercise the rights of the “Controlling Noteholder” is held by the Mortgage Loan Borrower or an Affiliate of the Mortgage Loan Borrower, no person shall be entitled to exercise the rights of the related Non-Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative.

  • Foreign terrorist organization means an organization designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the United States secretary of state as authorized by 8 U.S.C. Section 1189.

  • international organisation means an organisation and its subordinate bodies governed by public international law, or any other body which is set up by, or on the basis of, an agreement between two or more countries.

  • Close financial association means an association in which the person filing shares significant financial involvement with an individual and the filer would reasonably be expected to be aware of the individual's business activities and would have access to the necessary records either directly or through the individual. "Close financial association" does not mean an association based on (i) the receipt of retirement benefits or deferred compensation from a business by which the person filing this statement is no longer employed, or (ii) the receipt of compensation for work performed by the person filing as an independent contractor of a business that represents an entity before any state governmental agency when the person filing has no communications with the state governmental agency.
