Enterprise district definition
Enterprise district means at least three but not more than six contiguous enterprise zones formed for the purpose of issuing general obligation bonds;
Enterprise district means a land use area in which is located commercial activities and other compatible uses, including but not limited to, light manufacturing, commercial agricultural and commercial activities. All commercial activity within the Pueblo shall be located within the boundaries of an Enterprise District. The Enterprise District shall be designated by the P & Z Board on the zone map of the Pueblo. The Enterprise District is further described in Sec. 15-7-13 of the Code.
