M2M Entitlement means a Non-Monitoring RTO’s share of a M2M Flowgate’s total capability to be used for settlement purposes that is calculated pursuant to Section 6 of Schedule D to this Agreement.
Entitlement means the entitlement specified as such in the definition of the relevant Series, subject to any adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 4;
Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.
Entitlement Order shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102 of the UCC.
Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.
Entitlement Holder shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102 of the UCC.
Entitlements means, with respect to any Offering, the license and use types, limits, volume, or other measurement or conditions of permitted use for such Offering as set forth in the applicable Order or Supplemental Terms, including but not limited to any limits or restrictions on the number and categories of users authorized to use such Offering, permitted geographic areas, available storage space, computing power, or other attributes and metrics.
Partial Entitlement ADR(s) “Partial Entitlement ADS(s)” and “Partial Entitlement Share(s)” shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.12.
Security Entitlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102(a)(17) of the UCC.
Review Assets means those Receivables identified by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.16 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement as requiring a Review by the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of a Review Notice according to Section 3.01 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.
payment system means a funds transfer system with formal and standardised arrangements and common rules for the processing, clearing and/or settlement of payment transactions;
Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.
Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.
Full Entitlement ADR(s) “Full Entitlement ADS(s)” and “Full Entitlement Share(s)” shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.12.

Master Batch Record means the document, proposed by Lonza and approved by Customer, which defines the manufacturing methods, test methods and other procedures, directions and controls associated with the manufacture and testing of Product.
Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;
PSR means the European Union (Payment Services) Regulations 2018 and any law that amends or replaces them. Some Terms and Conditions are written to make clear they apply only if PSR applies to the Account. For example, PSR applies to accounts where the customer uses the account for payment transactions and can place, transfer or withdraw funds without any restriction. We call such accounts PSR regulated;
Securities Entitlement means the rights and property interest of an Entitlement Holder with respect to a Financial Asset as set forth in Part 5 of Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Settlement System Code means the specifications, standards, methods, calculations and conventions established under the AUC Settlement System Code Rule 021, as amended or replaced from time to time;
PPSR means the Personal Property Securities Register established under Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth);
Utilization review organization means an entity that conducts utilization review, other than a health carrier performing a review for its own health plans.
Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Medical flexible spending arrangement or "medical FSA" means a benefit plan whereby eligible state employees may reduce their salary before taxes to pay for medical expenses not reimbursed by insurance as provided in the salary reduction plan established under chapter
Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.
