Entitlement Parties definition

Entitlement Parties means, collectively, Brilliant Power Corporation, Brilliant Expansion Power Corporation, Teck Metals Ltd., Waneta Expansion Power Corporation and FBC;

Entitlement Parties. System” means the contiguous, interconnected generation and transmission facilities and related protection, control and communication equipment located in British Columbia and owned by one or more of the Entitlement Parties or their affiliates, and includes all additions and modifications thereto and repairs or replacements thereof, and specifically includes the Waneta Expansion, even though it is connected to the Entitlement Parties’ transmission facilities through facilities owned by BC Hydro;

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Released Parties means: Defendant and each of its former and present directors, officers, shareholders, owners, members, attorneys, insurers, predecessors, successors, assigns, subsidiaries, and affiliates.

  • Non-Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • States Parties means the States Parties to the Convention;

  • Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.

  • Company Related Parties means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries and any of their respective former, current or future stockholders, managers, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors, other representatives or successors or assignees of any of the foregoing.

  • Bank Parties means Administrative Agent and the Banks.

  • Settling Parties means the Defendants and the Class Representatives, on behalf of themselves, the Plan, and each of the Class Members.

  • Non-Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Excluded Parties shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.16.
