Entrada Field definition

Entrada Field means any and all Oil and Gas Properties on, under or related to Garden Banks Blocks 738, 782, 785, 826 and 827 located in the federal offshore waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Entrada Field means the stratigraphic equivalents of the following sands (references to “ms xxxxx” are to the same depth sands as presented to Buyer in Seller’s offering materials, to which reference is here made) to the extent such sands underlie Garden Banks Blocks 782 and 738 (but excluding the Little Gem Field): (i) 4300 ms xxxxx, 4700 ms xxxxx, 4800 ms xxxxx, 4850 ms xxxxx, 5350 ms xxxxx, 5400 ms xxxxx xnd 5,800 ms xxxxx, which sands were found in temporarily abandoned wexxx #1 and #2 and sidetracks drilled on Garden Banks Block 782; and (ii) 3,500 ms xxxxx, 3,700ms xxxxx xnd 4000ms sands not found in the wexxx xeferenced in (i) but which are identified on seismic reflectors shown by seismic information furnished by Seller to Buyer.
