Environmental Auditor definition

Environmental Auditor means an Independent environmental auditor selected by Borrower and reasonably approved by Lender.
Environmental Auditor means an expert or firm of experts registered in accordance with regulation 14;
Environmental Auditor means an Independent environmental auditor selected by Borrower and reasonably approved by Agent.

More Definitions of Environmental Auditor

Environmental Auditor means LAW Engineering & Environmental Services, Inc. or any other independent environmental engineer or auditor approved by the Agent in its sole discretion.
Environmental Auditor means a person certified and registered to conduct environmental audits in accordance with the National Environment (Conduct and Certification of Environmental Practitioners) Regulations, 2003;
