Environmental Compliance Fund definition

Environmental Compliance Fund means the account established under Section 2.14 of Exhibit B.

  • No Member who has resigned or withdrawn from the Company will be required to contribute additional funds to the Environmental Compliance Fund unless and until all contribution made to said Environmental Compliance Fund prior to such withdrawal or resignation have been spent or committed to be spent.
