Environmental Review Report definition

Environmental Review Report means the environmental assessment report for the transmission line as it extends from the eastern boundary of Henvey Inlet First Nation T-Line, including through the Leased Area (Henvey Inlet Wind Volume B: Henvey Inlet Wind - Transmission Line Environmental Review Report – Final Draft dated September 2015), as reviewed and approved by Council with respect to the Leased Area (including any changes undertaken in conjunction with Council's technical review);
Environmental Review Report. The report required to be prepared pursuant to the Securities Guide prior to the foreclosure or other conversion of any defaulted Qualified Loan.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Environmental Clean-up Site means any location which is listed or proposed for listing on the National Priorities List, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Information System, or on any similar state list of sites relating to investigation or cleanup, or which is the subject of any pending or threatened action, suit, proceeding, or investigation related to or arising from any location at which there has been a Release or threatened or suspected Release of a Hazardous Material.
