Environmental Schedules means Schedule 5.11 to this Agreement. “ESA” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.

  • Environmental Safeguards means the principles and requirements set forth in Chapter V, Appendix 1, and Appendix 4 (as applicable) of the SPS;
