  • Where this Indenture provides for notice to Holders of any event, such notice shall be sufficiently given (unless otherwise herein expressly provided) if in writing and mailed, first-class, postage prepaid to each Holder affected by such event, at such Holder’s address as it appears on the Environmental Trust Bond Register, not later than the latest date, and not earlier than the earliest date, prescribed for the giving of such notice.

  • Bond Register means the books for the registration, transfer and exchange of Bonds kept at the office of the Bond Registrar.

  • Debt Security Register has the meaning specified in Section 2.05.

  • Successor Property Trustee has the meaning specified in Section 6.6(b).
