The Securities Administrator makes no representations or warranties as to the validity or sufficiency of the Trust Agreement, any Supplemental Trust Agreement or of the Certificates (other than the signature of the Securities Administrator on the Certificates) or of any Mortgage Loan or related document.
The approval of such changes, and that such changes are not substantially adverse to the University, shall be conclusively evidenced by the execution of such Supplemental Trust Agreement by such officer.
