EPAct 2005 definition

EPAct 2005 means the Energy Policy Act of 2005, Pub. Xx. 000-00, 000 Xxxx. 000.
EPAct 2005 shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(c).
EPAct 2005 has the meaning set forth in Section 5.15(c).

  • Municipal Act, 2001 means the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as amended;

  • ITEPA 2003 means the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003;

  • UK GDPR means the GDPR, as transposed into United Kingdom national law by operation of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and as amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

  • Bribery Act means the Bribery Act 2010 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning this legislation;

  • European Union means the member nations of the European Union established by the Treaty of European Union, signed at Maastricht on February 2, 1992, which amended the Treaty of Rome establishing the European Community.

  • Central Bank UCITS Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement)

  • UK Data Protection Legislation means all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time in the UK including the UK GDPR; the Data Protection Act 2018; the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended.

  • Pensions Regulator means the body corporate called the Pensions Regulator established under Part I of the Pensions Xxx 0000.

  • Agricultural commodity means all agricultural, aquacultural, silvicultural, horticultural, floricultural, or viticultural products, livestock or livestock products, Christmas trees, bees, maple syrup, honey, commercial fish or fish products, and seeds produced in this state, either in their natural state or as processed by the producer of the commodity. The kinds, types, and subtypes of products to be classed together as an agricultural commodity for the purposes of this act shall be determined on the basis of common usage and practice.

  • UK CRR means Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013, as amended or supplemented, as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of the EUWA.

  • Cayman Companies Act means the Companies Act (As Revised) of the Cayman Islands.

  • Agricultural employer means any person, including the state and its political subdivisions, who engages the services of any employee to perform agricultural labor. If any employee is present at the workplace of an agricultural employer under an agreement between that agricultural employer and another agri- cultural employer or employer, “agricultural employer” means the agricultural employer with control or custody of a pesticide. An agricultural employer who engages some employees to per- form agricultural labor and other employees for other purposes is only an agricultural employer with respect to the employees engaged to perform agricultural labor.

  • EU means the European Union.

  • Transparency Act means the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (Public Law 109-282), as amended by §6202 of Public Law 110-252. The Transparency Act also is referred to as FFATA.

  • Corporations Regulations means the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth).

  • CTA 2010 means the Corporation Tax Xxx 0000;

  • Superannuation Scheme in this subclause, shall mean a scheme other than one implemented solely for purposes of compliance with Clause 49. - Superannuation of this award, or an Order of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.

  • Bribery Legislation means the Bribery Act 2010 and any subordinate legislation made under it from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the government concerning the legislation;

  • TRADES Regulations means the regulations of the United States Department of the Treasury, published at 31 C.F.R. Part 357, as amended from time to time. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms defined in the TRADES Regulations are used herein as therein defined.

  • Companies Act means the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008);

  • Israeli Companies Law means the Israeli Companies Law, 5759-1999, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • SSCBA means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992.

  • CTA 2009 means the Corporation Tax Xxx 0000;

  • FSMA means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000;
