The SERVICE PROVIDER shall comply with all applicable Equalities Legislation in its performance of the Contract and shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that all servants, employees, agents and sub-contractors of the SERVICE PROVIDER engaged in the provision of the Ordered Services do not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of the Equalities Legislation.
The disciplinary procedure must always be applied fairly and in accordance with employment law and Equalities Legislation.
