Equity Holders Agreement definition

Equity Holders Agreement means a stockholders agreement or limited liability company agreement, as applicable, with respect to the equity in the Reorganized Company, the governance of the Reorganized Company and the voting and transfer rights and obligations among the equity holders of the Reorganized Company, to be effective on the Effective Date, as may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
