Exhibit O. Exhibit O to this Agreement is the form for the Statement of Work and Notice to Proceed (which may be referred to as an “Exhibit O” or a “Statement of Work” or a “Notice to Proceed”) to be issued, at the discretion of Owner, for each segment or other designated portion of fiber optic infrastructure project that Owner wishes to engage Contractor to build under the terms of this Agreement. It is contemplated that Owner, at its discretion, may issue multiple Statements of Work over time under this Agreement, with this Agreement serving as the “master contract” and each Statement of Work serving as a scope of work that is subject to this Agreement.

  • Promptly after receipt of each such report, (i) the Depositor and each Other Depositor may review each such report and, if applicable, consult with the each Reporting Servicer as to the nature of any material instance of noncompliance with the Relevant Servicing Criteria, and (ii) the Certificate Administrator shall confirm that the assessments, taken individually address the Relevant Servicing Criteria for each party as set forth on Exhibit O to this Agreement and notify the Depositor of any exceptions.

  • Any Form 10-K filed with the Commission in connection with this Section 4.03(e) shall include a certification, signed by the senior officer in charge of the servicing functions of the Master Servicer, in the form attached as Exhibit O hereto or such other form as may be required or permitted by the Commission (the "Form 10-K Certification"), in compliance with Rules 13a-14 and 15d-14 under the Exchange Act and any additional directives of the Commission.

  • Any Form 10-K filed with the Commission in connection with this clause (f) shall include a certification, signed by the senior officer in charge of the servicing functions of the Master Servicer, in the form attached as Exhibit O hereto or such other form as may be required or permitted by the Commission (the "Form 10-K Certification"), in compliance with Rule 13a-14 and 15d-14 under the Exchange Act and any additional directives of the Commission.

  • Such report shall be signed by an authorized officer of such Person and shall address each of the Servicing Criteria specified on a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit O hereto, unless such other form is mutually agreed upon and delivered to the Depositor concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.

  • By requiring Contractors to complete the Charitable Contributions Certification, Exhibit O, the County seeks to ensure that all County contractors which receive or raise charitable contributions comply with California law in order to protect the County and its taxpayers.
