OTHER CONDITIONS Any subsequent contracts shall supersede the provisions of this contract. This contract is void if the Party of the Second Part does not hold a valid license in accordance with Section 6-17-401 A.C.A. for the full term of the contract. Given this, the 25TH DAY OF APRIL, 2017 PARTIES: The Fort Xxxxx School District 100, Party of the First Part, and XXXXX XX XXXX Party of the Second Part, agree as follows:
Condition Satisfaction Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
Litigation Conditions has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.
Conditions means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Buyer and the Seller.
Payment Conditions means, at the time of determination with respect to any specified transaction or payment the following:
General Condition means these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.
Environmental Condition means any condition or circumstance, including the presence of Hazardous Substances which does or would (i) require assessment, investigation, abatement, correction, removal or remediation under any Environmental Law, (ii) give rise to any civil or criminal Liability under any Environmental Law, (iii) create or constitute a public or private nuisance or (iv) constitute a violation of or non-compliance with any Environmental Law.
