Property Condition Report definition

Property Condition Report means a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion.

Property Condition Report means, with respect to each Individual Property, those certain reports listed on Schedule VII attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Property Condition Report means, individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, those certain property condition reports delivered to Lender by Borrower in connection with the origination of the Loan or otherwise obtained by Lender in connection with the origination of the Loan and delivered to Borrower prior to the Closing Date.

• Resident will bear the cost of any cleaning or repair performed by Owner to restore the premises to the condition indicated on the attached Property Condition Report, except for wear resulting from ordinary use of the Premises.

Property Condition Report has the meaning assigned in Schedule 2.1.
